Booking Deadline
10 days prior to publication date. For publications on Monday or the day after a national bank holiday, higher rates apply due to higher production costs. Inserts containing third party ads are only accepted if agreed upon in advance and for an extra charge: Per ad a surcharge of 10 % will be added and no discounts will be granted.

Circulation
The given circulation figures are average values (the effective circulation is always determined immediately prior to printing). Should the circulation number of the booked issue vary from our predictions, we reserve the right to deliver excess amounts to adjacent areas of your target area, or leave out areas if necessary. The same applies to variations of the number of delivered copies by the client. In case of an underdelivery on bookings of our total circulation, excess inserts will be distributed again on the next possible publication date in the relevant area. We will only charge the actual number of inserts processed.
Samples
We require a minimum of 5 samples (100 for inserts with specific technical requirements) at least 8 working days prior to publication date, to be sent to:

Delivery
The inserts must be delivered to the printer’s address specified in the order no later than four working days before the day of publication with a palette tag (Mon – Fri: 7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
